Joseph leads the company's business operations, marketing, and strategic planning. He is also the technical guru. Joseph has worked with the City of East Moline, Illinois as GIS Manager for over 13 years and previously for IMEG (formerly MSA and Missman Stanley) leading the company's GIS Services for 15 years. Joseph also spent time with the US Army Corps of Engineers and Bi-State Regional Commission.
